Delivery reporting

Notrel Messaging always requests delivery information from suppliers for internal reporting. A callback is sent to the customer only when the submission requests a DLR and provides a callback URL.

DLR levels

Level Meaning
1 Submission result from the SMSC.
2 Final or intermediate handset-delivery result.
3 Both level 1 and level 2 callbacks.

Callback methods

For GET, the callback fields are query parameters. For POST, they are sent as an application/x-www-form-urlencoded body.
